Nutrition in your 40's, 50's and 60's can be a minefield of rumors and sometimes just plain bad information. Because of natural hormone changes, our nutritional needs can change drastically creating a need for a more customized nutritional approach as we age. This season caused by menopause may also be a great time to really take a look at our behaviors and relationship around food. To create lasting change as we age and a true, deep health transformation, I use a partnership of education, science and health coaching behavioral psychology meant to focus on building foundational skills to create a healthy relationship with food. You are a unique individual so your nutrition journey should be too!

What does a session look like?

We will meet via Zoom or in-person for our meetings
-
We will discuss your goals, what is and is not working, food education, and anything else that comes up

Each session is set by you, what you want to discuss, and what you want to work through .

Action steps will be set by you and homework assignments will be up to you

The Jump Start Nutrition consultation is our first Zoom session - 90min

How many times do we meet?
-
We will meet for 45-minutes one time weekly for a total of 12 sessions.

I am always available by text, email and phone if you have questions in between sessions.
