Have you been looking to make a change but don't know where to start? This personal training 4-pack might just be your answer! Whether its been 4 months or 40 years since you've worked out, or have never before, personal training at Blossom Whole Wellness is your answer. Start by scheduling the Fitness Assessment where we complete a full mobility and movement screen as well as a goal-setting session to ensure your sessions are customized exactly to you. Then you will book each of your training sessions. It's going to be a time of laughter, hardwork, and true change! Buckle up! You're about to become part of the Blossom Whole Wellness Community!
GENTLE YOGA
Wednesdays, 6 - 7pm
This slow-paced, low-impact style of yoga is designed to be accessible for all fitness levels. It focuses on gentle stretching, mindful movement, and deep breathing to promote relaxation, flexibility, and stress relief. Poses flow slowly from one to the next leading to some poses being held for longer periods and may be supported with props, making it ideal for beginners, seniors, or anyone recovering from injury or seeking a calming practice.

MEET STEPH
Hello! I'm Steph Shimkus. I am a mother, wife of a retired military member, athlete, animal lover, nature enthusiast, adventurer, and a woman learning to navigate this new season as women going through the beginning of the menopause transition. I've spent 25 years in the health coaching industry as a doula, massage therapist, nutrition coach personal trainer, and certified health coach working alongside people at all stages of their wellness journey. Helping people is my passion. Helping you learn to not just survive menopause but how to thrive during this season in your life is my mission.
