Meet Nicole Hammond
I am a nutrition coach and stress management specialist with a strong foundation in evidence-based health education and whole-person wellness. I hold a Master of Science in Health and Human Performance and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a concentration in Health and Wellness. My professional training includes certifications in Nutrition through Duke University, Stress Management through the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and integrative health coaching through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

My work centers on helping individuals build sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits that support energy, metabolic health, and long-term well-being. I bring extensive experience in diabetes prevention and community health education, guiding clients through practical strategies to balance blood sugar, reduce chronic stress, and feel more confident in their daily health choices. My approach emphasizes clarity, consistency, and small, achievable changes that create lasting results.

Whether you’re looking to fine-tune your nutrition, better manage stress, create healthier daily rhythms, or align your lifestyle with your goals, these sessions provide focused, one-on-one coaching without the commitment of a longer program.
Each session offers practical, individualized recommendations, thoughtful accountability, and space to ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, and gain fresh perspective. You’ll leave with clear next steps and tools you can realistically integrate into your everyday life. This option is ideal for those seeking insight, gentle coaching, and customized direction.
