🌼 What Happens When I Sign Up?

  • Start with a free 20-minute phone consultation to see if coaching is right for you

  • Decide it is, sign up and pay, and then via email,receive the Welcome Packet which includes:

  • Welcome letter 

    • The client/coach contract agreement 

    • Client intake questionnaire

  • Book your 90min Menopause Jump Start  Zoom appt​

  • Then each week, book your weekly 45min Zoom or in-person appt 

💐 What Does a Session Look Like? 

  • We will meet either in-person or by the video conferencing platform of your choice for our meetings

  • We will discuss your goals, dilemmas, and obstacles that get in the way of your transformation 

  • I will ask you powerful questions and offer tools to help you take the next steps

  • Action steps will be set by you and any homework assignments will be decided by you.

  • My Master's program included a dual-track health coaching certification program which focused on psychology, physiology, nutrition, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)

THE MARATHON

The Marathon Package is a long-term, steady-pace menopause support coaching experience built around the Wheel of Deep Health, recognizing that lasting well-being comes from balance, not quick fixes. Over time, we work holistically across physical health, hormonal harmony, emotional resilience, mindset, relationships, lifestyle, purpose, and self-care—supporting you through the ups, plateaus, and breakthroughs of menopause. Like a marathon, this package prioritises consistency, endurance, and compassionate guidance, helping you build sustainable habits, deepen self-understanding, and feel strong, supported, and empowered for the long run.

THE 5K

4 - 45min session package . . . $175

The 5K Package is a short-term, focused menopause support coaching option using the Wheel of Deep Health to help you gain clarity and momentum quickly. Designed for women who want practical support without a long commitment, this package targets key areas of physical wellbeing, emotional balance, mindset, lifestyle, and self-care to create immediate, meaningful shifts. Like a 5K, it’s achievable, energizing, and results-driven—giving you tools, insight, and confidence to move forward feeling more in control of your menopause journey.

THE SPRINT 

1 - 45min session .  .  .  $55 

A single session of menopause health coaching offers a focused, supportive space guided by the Deep Wheel of Health to help you explore what’s most impacting you right now. In this one-off session, we take a holistic snapshot of your physical health, emotions, mindset, lifestyle, and self-care, bringing clarity to challenges and identifying practical next steps. It’s ideal if you need immediate support, fresh perspective, or gentle direction—leaving you feeling heard, grounded, and empowered to move forward.
