Start with a free 20-minute phone consultation to see if coaching is right for you

Decide it is, sign up and pay, and then via email, receive the Welcome Packet which includes:

Book your 90min Menopause Jump Start Zoom appt​

Then each week, book your weekly 45min Zoom or in-person appt

What does a session look like?

We will meet either in-person or by the video conferencing platform of your choice for our meetings

We will discuss your goals, dilemmas, and obstacles that get in the way of your transformation

I will ask you powerful questions and offer tools to help you take the next steps

Action steps will be set by you and any homework assignments will be decided by you.

What makes me different than other Health / Menopause coaches?​

I graduated from a Master's of Science program in Women's Hormone Health in 2023

My Master's program included an embedded health coaching certification program which focused on psychology, physiology, nutrition, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)

My focus is menopause spectrum issues and their documented psychological and physiologic symptoms

I have 20+ years working in the health & wellness industry so I have seen everything

I have experienced my own pretty severe hormone issues in my 40's and was misdiagnosed for 3.5 years.
